Kids are literally the best kind of human
I’m probably biased, but I think Israeli kids are the cutest kids. I wanted to give an inside look into the lives of these kids. Sometimes people have false perceptions of Israel. Maybe they think that these kids ride around on camels all day long, or live in bomb shelters, or train for the military at age 3. But, of course, that is not the case. Instead, you’ve got some feisty, fun, and loving kids. Who are just that. Kids. Anyone who knows me well knows how much I love kids. I love their pure energy. Their lack of judgement. And most of all, their ability to live completely and totally in the moment. In utter happiness and excitement to learn something new. Or do something fun. They’ll get upset about the tiniest of things and minutes later it is completely forgotten. It’s dramatic. But it’s raw and it’s real. More real than any adult will ever be. Since I have a lot of kid cousins in Israel right now, I’ve taken a lot of photos. Soon they’ll be old and boring like the rest of us. But until then, I’ll be sharing the wonderful photos I got of them. Oh, and there's also my aunt–a big kid at heart–who, as you'll see, totally dominates on the floatie racing.
